Steel is one of the most widely recycled materials worldwide. Burseryds is working to recycle or use of all steel passing through the facility to ensure a better environment for all. End of life products can be recycled making for a better environment.

Water

The majority of water used for steel treatment in the Burseryds plant is returned to the river of origin downstream from the point of collection. The water is cleaned and sent back into the river caring for the local eco-system via sustainable methods.
